1. Scope of Services

ALLEGIANCE DISTRIBUTION INC. provides comprehensive transportation and freight forwarding solutions. We act as both a direct carrier and a broker, depending on the specific transit requirement. Our team facilitates the movement of cargo via road and rail network links across MI and the broader Midwest.

2. Liability & Insurance

While we take every precaution, cargo transportation involves inherent risks. Our liability for loss or damage is strictly limited to industry-standard SDR (Special Drawing Rights) values unless additional valuation is declared and paid for in advance. Why leave your high-value forwarding to chance? We recommend supplemental insurance for all international transits.

3. Payment & Documentation

All invoices are net 30 unless otherwise negotiated. Transit delays caused by inaccurate BOL (Bill of Lading) documentation remain the responsibility of the shipper. We don't like hidden fees, and you won't find them here—transparency is our core metric.

4. Warehouse Protocols

Storage of hazardous materials is strictly prohibited without written authorization from our Dearborn compliance office. Any cargo left unclaimed for over 90 days may be subject to lien or auction to recover storage costs.
